Wild Soul - Lost: Prologue
In a beautiful house, Roxane, a little cat with the light honey color, darker markings and muzzle, chest and tail tip white, dozed quiet in his bed. Dreaming. Everything was still and cold, a blue-gray robe covered it, and jumped into a frightened shriek, waking.
- It was just a dream ... Glad. I think I'm going to the garden. - Said the cat jumping out the window. The sun shone brightly, the day seemed to be gorgeous.
Soon, Roxane was walking in the garden, went to a tree. She looked at the house next door and saw Charlon, her brother, playing with their owners. Roxane saw everything from the tree, the houses, the road, the forest ... The forest - I hope someday you know, you seem to be brave and strong. decorated with delicate leaves and vines.
I was so thirsty
and reaching for cups that should have been there.
Instead I found a billboard of butterflies,
the colors raging
more than any rainbow
I'd ever seen.
Their wings fluttered and flashed
yet somehow they moved in slow motion.
I wanted to stand,
wanted to reach out and touch them but…
I couldn't move,
and yet I laughed
ignoring my dry mouth
and the tingling in my feet.
There was a tempest
on the rise
and in my blood.
A sugar rush disguised
as a riot of butterflies
and they were swarming me.
There was a small vial
of insulin in my pocket
that I nev
